EDUCATIONAL CONSULTING
The Support Blueprint
Professional guidance for parents, guardians and educators who are ready to build something that actually works.
You have tried things. Some of them helped, for a while. Some of them did not. And somewhere in the trying, a question has been forming. Not what to do next. Rather, what is actually happening here — and what would it take to build something around this child that truly holds?
That is what The Support Blueprint is for.
Not a quick fix. Not a list of strategies. A structured, professional process that begins where all good support begins — with understanding. And builds, stage by stage, toward a support system that is real, sustainable, and genuinely yours.

The Recognition
Something is not working. You know it. You just do not yet know what to build instead.
Maybe you have a child who is bright and capable and still not reaching their potential. Maybe you have tried every approach you can think of and nothing has stuck. Maybe you are an educator watching a student struggle and feeling like the support system around them is missing something essential.
Maybe you have been in reactive mode for so long that you cannot remember what proactive even looks like.
You cannot fix what you do not understand. And you cannot build what you have not designed. The Support Blueprint begins with both.
What The Support Blueprint Is
The Support Blueprint is a professional consulting methodology built around one central belief:
No one rises alone. Every child who succeeds academically has something built around them. The Support Blueprint helps you build it — intentionally, sustainably, and in a way that fits the specific child or learner in front of you.
It is not a course you take on your own. It is a structured process you work through with our education specialist — at the level of accompaniment that suits your situation.
It moves through five stages. Each one builds on the last. Each one brings you closer to a support system that does not burn anyone out, does not require perfection to maintain, and does not collapse when the season changes.
The five changes are:
Know · Understanding the situation as it actually is — not as you feared it was, not as you hoped it would be.
See · Facing reality clearly and honestly. The shift from defending to understanding.
Plan· Building the support framework that fits this specific child, this specific situation, this specific season.
Build · Putting it in place. The small, consistent, sustainable moves that make it real.
Hold · Making it last. Reviewing, adjusting, returning to it as the child grows and the seasons change.
Five stages. One blueprint. Built around your child.
Who This Is For
Parents & Guardians
▸ Your child is struggling and you want to understand why — really understand, not just manage.
▸ You have tried strategies that did not hold and you are ready for something with proper structure.
▸ You want a personalized plan, not a generic approach.
▸ You want to feel confident in how you are supporting your child — not just hopeful.
▸ You want a system that grows with your child, not one you have to rebuild every year.
Educators
▸ You have students who are struggling and you want a framework for understanding and supporting them better.
▸ You want to strengthen the bridge between your classroom and the families you work with.
▸ You are navigating a significant professional challenge — a new school, a complex class, a student who needs more than you currently have the tools to give.
▸ You want professional development that is practical, person-centered, and built around your real situation.
▸ You want to move from reactive to proactive in how you support the learners in your care.

What to Expect
From the first conversation to the completed blueprint — here is how it works.
The Discovery Call — A free 30-minute conversation. You talk with our education specialist about what is happening. She listens. At the end, you both have a clear picture of the situation and whether The Support Blueprint is the right next step. No selling. No pressure. Just an honest conversation.
The Assessment — The beginning of the formal work. Our education specialist takes you through a structured exploration of the situation — the child, the context, what has been tried, what has been missed, what the support system currently looks like and where the gaps are.
The Blueprint Sessions — The working sessions — moving through the five stages at the right pace for your situation. Some stages take one session. Some take more. The pace is determined by the complexity of the situation and the level of accompaniment you have chosen.
The Written Blueprint — At the end of the process, you receive a written support blueprint — the personalized framework, the plan, the tools. Something you hold in your hands and return to. Not a summary of what was discussed. A working document.
The Review — Support does not stop when the blueprint is delivered. The final stage — Hold — is about making it sustainable. Reviewing what is working, adjusting what is not, and building the habit of returning to the blueprint as the child and the season change.
For Schools & Organizations
The Support Blueprint for institutions.
Schools and organizations can access The Support Blueprint in two ways. Both are built on the same methodology and the same philosophy. What changes is the scale.
The Foundation Pack ·
A professionally produced resource that introduces The Support Blueprint framework to your school or team. The five stages explained, the philosophy, the evidence base, and practical reflection tools for staff discussion. Designed to build shared language and appetite for the full methodology — and to be the first step toward conducted training. Priced by team size.
Conducted Training · 6 essions | · 11 sessions
Margaret and her team come to you — or deliver online — and take your staff through The Support Blueprint as a live training experience. Not a document. A room, a conversation, real situations brought into the space, the methodology made alive by the person who built it. Priced by group size. A Foundation Pack + Training package is available at a combined rate.
For schools and organizations: contact us directly to discuss your situation, your team size, and we'll take it from there. Every institutional engagement begins with a conversation. aselearn.com/contact
The right support changes everything.
From the moment it is in place.
You do not have to have it all figured out before you call. You do not need to know exactly what is wrong or what the solution should look like. That is what the Discovery Call is for.
You just need to be ready to stop managing the situation and start understanding it.
That is where everything else begins.
