This Return and Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold through ASELearn.com, including but not limited to:

  • eBooks and digital publications

  • Downloadable guides, planners, anchor words, templates, and worksheets (all resources)

  • Courses, tutorials, individual or groups/membership, and educational materials

  • Tools, materials, blog, articles, audio/video contents 

Business Location: This policy is governed by the laws of The Netherlands, where ASELearn is operated.

ASE Digital Product Policy

Immediate Download Notice

Important: Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase completion. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as per EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m) and similar regulations worldwide.

No Refunds on Digital Goods

Due to the non-tangible and irrevocable nature of digital products, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered or access has been granted.

Rationale

Unlike physical products, digital goods cannot be returned. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to prevent further use or duplication, which makes refunds incompatible with our delivery model.

EU Customers

Under the Consumer Rights Directive, you typically have a 14-day withdrawal right. However, this right is waived when digital content delivery begins with your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your withdrawal right.

US Customers

Sales are final upon delivery as per digital goods regulations. No cooling-off period applies to digital products.

Local consumer protection laws may apply. Please consult your local regulations for specific rights and obligations. In whatever jurisdiction, our products & services are governed under the European specifically Netherlands law.

While refunds are not available for downloaded digital products and to the best of our knowledge we guarantee:

  •  Tested content - All products are reviewed and functional

  •  Virus - All downloads are deemed safe from our end

  •  Content descriptions - Content matches product descriptions

  •  High-quality and professionally presented materials

Download and Technical Issues

If you experience problems with your download or have trouble accessing your files:

  • Contact us immediately at info@aselearn.com

  • Report issues within 3 (72 hours) days of purchase for fastest resolution

  • We’ll resolve technical issues within 48 hours including:

    • Re-issuing download links

    • Assisting with download

Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following exceptional circumstances:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Technical defects - Product is proven to be corrupted this must be reported within 24 hours of purchase

  • Billing errors - You were charged incorrectly or multiple times

 

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after downloading

  • Compatibility issues with your device 

  • Inability to use the product due to lack of required software or skills

  • Dissatisfaction with content after successful download

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

When a refund is approved:

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days

  • Payment method: Refunded to your original payment method

  • Notification: You’ll receive email confirmation when processed

  • Access removal: Your download access will be deactivated

Instead of refunds, we may offer:
