Think Outside The Box!

How to Handle Academic Struggles
A VIDEO COURSE IN 3 CLASSESS . FOR PARENTS, GUARDIANS AND EDUCATORS

You are doing everything you can think of. And still — something is not working.

The grades are not where they should be. The mornings are hard. The homework is a battle. Or your student sits in your classroom and you can see that they are somewhere else entirely, and you do not know how to reach them.

You are not failing. You are missing a framework. And that is something you can change.

Course opens September 2026. Limited places.

The Recognition

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You dread the school report arriving because you do not know what to do with what is inside it.

  • You have tried extra tutoring, new routines, rewards, consequences — and nothing has stuck.

  • Your child says school is fine. Their grades say something different.

  • You feel like you are the only parent in the room who does not have this figured out.

  • You know something is off but you cannot name it — and nobody has given you the language.

  • You are an educator watching a child struggle and wondering what is missing from the support around them.

If you nodded at even one of those — this course was built for you.

What This Course Is

Think Outside The Box is not a quick fix.

It is a three-class discovery course that helps you understand what is actually happening — in your home, in your classroom, in your child or your student — so that you can build the right support around them.

Not borrowed strategies. Not someone else’s formula. A support system shaped around the specific child in front of you, built by you, that you can use and adjust for as long as they are in school.

With the right support system, every student can enjoy school, learn, and succeed. The families, schools, and communities around them will feel the ripple effect.

The course is built around two real stories. Stories that every parent and educator will recognize. Stories that are funny, a little painful, and deeply true. Because that is where learning begins — not in theory, but in the moment you see yourself clearly and think: oh. So that’s what’s been happening.

The Three Classes
A collection of 3 innovative online classes.

Class 1
You First
Self-care. Self-awareness. The people involved.

5 modules · The foundation class

Before you can support a child, you need to look at yourself — honestly, which is harder than it sounds. Class 1 explores how you are showing up, what you are actually seeing when you look at your child or your students, and how the relationships between home and school either help or hinder everything that follows. There will be moments of recognition. Some laughter. A mirror or two.

You will build the first section of your Game Plan — a personal support framework that grows across all three classes.

Class 2
The Learning Seasons
Understanding the shape of the school year.

6 modules · The map class

The school year is not flat. It has four seasons — each with its own demands, its own particular way of wearing people down or lifting them up. Class 2 gives you the map. You will learn to read the difference between seasonal difficulty and something that needs more attention. You will understand why October always feels harder than September, why March is the hinge of the year, and what proactive support looks like before a difficult season arrives.

Your Game Plan grows a seasonal layer — a framework you can use for as long as your child is in school.

Class 3
The Support System
Building what your child actually needs — and making it last.

6 modules · The build class

Everything you have learned in Classes 1 and 2 comes together here. Class 3 is where you build — a real, practical, sustainable support system around the specific child in front of you. The five pillars of a support system that works. The small change factor. The long view. And finally, your complete Game Plan — a living document you will return to every time the year gets hard.

Your Game Plan grows a seasonal layer — a framework you can use for as long as your child is in school.

17 modules total · On-demand video · Written content · Your Game Plan workbook · Access never expires.

Who This Course Is For

Parents & Guardians

Educators

â–¸  Your child is struggling and you do not know what to try next.

â–¸  You feel like you are always one step behind.

â–¸  You want a framework, not just tips.

â–¸  You want to understand the school year — not just survive it.

â–¸  You want your child to feel genuinely supported — by you.

â–¸  You have students who are struggling and the support system around them is not enough.

â–¸  You want to understand what families are navigating at home.

â–¸  You want to build better bridges between classroom and home.

â–¸  You want to move from reactive to proactive in how you support learners.

â–¸  You want tools that work across the whole school year.

Your Game Plan

Every learner is different. So is every Game Plan.

Throughout the three classes you will build your Game Plan — a personalized support framework for the specific child or students in your care. Not a generic checklist. A living document, shaped by your honest answers, your seasonal map, and the support system you build in Class 3.

By the time you finish Think Outside The Box, you will have something you can refer back to when the year gets hard, adjust when the season changes, and return to whenever you need to find your footing again.

Your Game Plan is yours. It goes home with you. It costs nothing extra and never expires.

What You Will Leave With

Clarity — An understanding of what is actually happening — not what you feared was happening.

A seasonal map  —  The shape of the school year, and what each season asks of the child and the adults around them.
A support system  —  Five pillars, built specifically for your child or your classroom.

Your complete Game Plan  —  A personalized framework you will use for years.

A different relationship with difficulty  —  The knowledge that hard seasons are survivable — and that you do not have to navigate them alone.

MARGARET OGUNMEFUN

Margaret has taught in five international schools across three continents. She has worked as a relocation advisor with a multinational company — which means she has seen, up close, what happens when children and families have to rebuild their support systems from scratch in a new country.

From everything she has seen, one thing holds true everywhere: every child can succeed with the right support around them. Not the right school. Not the right curriculum. The right support system — built by the people who love them and the educators who teach them.

Think Outside The Box is the course she wished existed when she was sitting across from struggling families wondering how to help. It is built on real stories, real classrooms, and the deep belief that how we handle things matters.

Final Call to Action

The school year begins in September.

This time, you will not be unprepared for what is coming.

You know the October dip is coming. You know November will be hard. You know there will be a moment in March when everything feels like it has stopped moving. And this year — for the first time — you will have a map, a Game Plan, and a support system already in place before any of it arrives.

That is what Think Outside The Box gives you. Not a quick fix. Something better. Something that lasts.

Limited places. First on the list, first through the door.
